​Refundable advance

The decision on the exemption from ex officio netting and awareness has been published.

The non-due installments for the return of the refundable advance are excluded from the ex officio netting procedure with the financial claims of businesses against the State. This is provided  by the decision of the Governor of AADE, Giorgos Pitsilis. 
By the same decision, it is stipulated that the installments not due for the return of the refundable advance do not prevent the granting of proof of awareness. They are still not listed on the debt certificate, unless requested by the debtor, in the application for its issuance.
