Two new programmes to support small and medium-sized enterprises

Two new NSRF programmes, totalling €350 million, aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises, are in the pre-publication stage, Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance Nikos Papathanasis announced at a press conference for the presentation of the investment tools available to the government to support entrepreneurship.
The first one concerns the establishment and operation of new small and medium-sized enterprises, with a budget of €190 million, and its beneficiaries include freelancers (doctors, engineers, etc.). The action does not concern catering, retail trade and tourism.
The second concerns the creation and operation of new small and medium-sized tourism enterprises, with a budget of €160 million.
The total amount of the subsidy ranges from 45% to 60% (subject to conditions)
